This work had the general objective of formulating criteria to evaluate the compatibility of digital government technological solutions with goals 10.2 and 16.7 of the 2030 Agenda for Sustainable Development of the United Nations, specifically in its political dimensions, and the specific objective of proposing a working paper model for this assessment, considering the criteria of political inclusion and inclusive, participatory and responsive decision-making. After formulating the criteria and the working paper model, their adoption was exemplified in a partial analysis of technological solutions implemented by public institutions and used in real contexts. This study seeks to contribute to the development of solutions for digital interaction with citizens that enable the fulfillment of goals 10.2 and 16.7 of the 2030 Agenda and the new needs of public administration that inspired them.
