Abstract

Performance indicators in the janitorial Activities in the city of São Paulo the Court of Auditors of the municipality of São Paulo, through its School of Auditors drew up a pilot study on indicators of Results of jani torial Activities of the city of São Paulo. As initial activities, were chosen: trimming, manual cleaning of streams, mechanical cleaning of manhole and operation cover hole. These indicators take into account the concepts of efficiency, effectiveness and financial availability in implementing these activities.
